The Spring Rummage, Plant and Bake Sale was a great success!

Thanks to everyone who donated items, baked, volunteered- sorting and working the sale.   And to everyone who came out and supported the event.

Special thanks to Stephanie Olsen, Jean Gable, Jean Slater, Dwayne & Liz, Bob & MaryAnn, Amanda (plant sale), Cutie Cupcakes, etc.  Big shout out to our “superstars” Jean & Elisa for working their magic to get us those extra dollars.

Orientation for Volunteers PDF Print E-mail

Volunteers Wanted!

Date: Second Wednesday of the Month
Time: 7:00-8:00 PM
Location: 11 John Street, North Aurora, IL

Volunteer opportunities available in:

Surgical/Recover - Work hands on in our surgery center. Vet tech or medical experience helpful, but not required.

Clinical - Work behind the scene and assist the surgery center.

Administrative - Run the front end operation. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment (answer phones, data entry, and client interaction) is ideal.

Facility Maintenance - Help maintain the clinic's cleaning standards.

Bilingual skills (especially Spanish speaking) are a plus.

Windmill City Festival’s Pet Parade - July 14 PDF Print E-mail

Begins at 10:00a.m. on the River walk in Batavia. Invite your furry, or not-so furry friend to this unique parade! Win pet prizes for the following categories: Best Trick, Fastest Wagging Tail, Most Spots, Longest Ears, Most Unusual Pet, Best Costume, Highest Jump and Best Kisser. Registered parade participants will receive a complimentary "doggie bag" to take home courtesy of local sponsors. Registration will be held near the main stage from 9:15 - 9:50 am. Join us for the 6th Annual Paws in the Park between 12:00p.m. and 4:00p.m. at Lincoln Park Dog Park, Aurora. Your family and pooch will enjoy a day in the park. Activities include Blessing of the Animals, Doggie Contest, Meet area rescue groups and other pet related vendors.
