Covid-19 Notice

Curbside Service remains in effect until such time that it is deemed safe to resume normal operations.

Scheduling will resume normally for surgeries, dentals, rabbits, vaccination clinics.

We will implement CURB SIDE service. PLEASE do not enter the building for any reason unless asked to do so. Appointments are required for any and all services.

For any surgery appointment please print and complete the form prior to arriving at our clinic.

This will speed up our process, if you can’t print the form then your process will be significantly delayed so plan to allow plenty of extra time.

For vaccination appointments no forms will be required ahead of time, all information needed will be gathered at the time the appointment is made.

PLEASE arrive within your designated time frame given to you at the time you book your appointment.  If you are late you may not be seen or may have significant delays for service. Do not come early as you will be asked to park in another lot and wait until our designated drop off time.

IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW has been symptomatic of Covid-19 PLEASE do not arrive at our location. We will be happy to reschedule you rather than place our volunteers at risk.

Please be patient while we work through implementing new intake procedures, we are committed to providing the best service to your animal while maintaining a safe environment for our staff and volunteers

Booking Policy Changes

Due to the excessive amount of people not showing up for their appointments, Effective November 1st, 2019 there will be a $50 deposit per animal required to schedule any Rabbit Spay/Neuter or Dental Procedure.

This will be credited towards your services when provided or forfeited, Non-Refundable if you fail to show up for your appointment or do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice.

If you wish to rescheduled a missed appointment, you will be placed back on the waiting list and will need to provide another deposit when scheduled.

If you miss an appointment for spay or neuter for a dog or cat, or a vaccine appointment, you will be required to provide the same deposit to re-schedule.

If you miss 2 appointments you will not be allowed to schedule a third.

Due to the increased rate of people not picking up their animals on time, effective February 1st, 2021, the late fees assessed will be $20 for every 15-minute block that you are late.  For example, 6:01 to 6:15 will incur a $20 late fee, 6:16 to 6:30 will incur a $40 late fee, and so on - at a rate of $80 per hour.  This will be effective on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during normal cat/dog surgical schedules.  On surgical schedules for Rabbits, the pickup window is between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm.  Late fees are incurred at the same rate and increments beginning at 4:01 pm.

Microchip Your Pets

Microchipping your pet dramatically increases your odds of being reunited if he or she goes missing or is stolen. A study by The Ohio State University found the return-to-owner rate at shelters for microchipped cats was 20 times higher, and 2.5 times greater for microchipped dogs.
